Working at a computer for years I assumed surgery would be the only solution for nerve issues in my arms and wrists. Boy was I wrong! Having feeling and control with no pain and (more importantly) no surgery has been an amazing experience. It's also helped me reshape how I think about what my body is capable of with the right support and given me tools to meet my goals!
